Stop Worrying and Start Thinking


The difference between Worrying and Thinking is that when you worry you feel unease and loose focus on a lot of things whereas thinking can be a way of practicing your reasoning capacity and exploring your thoughts.
Every day there's something that happens in your life, some goes unnoticed and some become visible to you.

Acceptance is the key to moving forward and finding a solution to problems. As much as you can plan things in life you have to know the up and down rules : When you get challenges along the way you most probably take one step down but that doesn't mean you will remain there, the Up rule then applies: With the experiences you've had when you stepped back you will definitely take more steps further, it's called the power of experience.

Don't be too hard on yourself at times , if you cannot do something at the time, sometimes you cannot control it, you need to accept and work on finding a solution when you are relaxed and not stressing.
Think of finding peace and positiveness in your life. Balance the equation being in control of what happens in your life , how it happens, why it happens and what you need to do to resolve it.

Think towards being a builder not a breaker..
To being a solver not a destroyer..

You have much power to shift your mindset from all the worrying and rather to have a positive attitude towards anything you experience, one might think i'ts not always possible to be positive, well it's all in the mind, Imagine your problems and compare them with someone else's problems chances are you have way less problems than they do.
Bottom line is be positive at all times, avoid not trusting your capabilities and your confidence.
