The discussion for the day is about monitoring your thoughts.
Every human-being is born with brains and a mind to think, how often do you ask yourself this question, Is what I am thinking now right?is my mind in the right state? well, often at times such questions come after making a decision, was what I did right?did i need more time to think about it?. You mite differ with the way you monitor your thoughts, but somewhere somehow there are times when you apply what you thinking about, without "thinking twice",don't get confused here is a scenario:
When you think, you often apply your thoughts, you sometimes have doubts ,but eventually you do what you thinking about.
The catch here is that you act on the spot and neglect the question, is what i'm thinking what I'm sure I want to do?. Basically your thoughts play a huge role in your life span. Almost anything depends on your thoughts, before anything else you think and decide, what one needs to start doing is thinking more than once before making a decision.
How many times have you made choices and felt eisssh I should have thought twice about it, yeh couple of times right. OK now that you've read this, you now have a chance to think more than once about what you want to do from now on whats.
